The cover art is an airplane window view of an ice cream cone-shaped cloud. On September 13, 2018, Mane shared the single's cover art on Instagram and announced that the collaboration would be released the following day. Mars first teased the collaboration by sharing an image of himself and Black on Instagram in late August 2018.
